I would give this dealership a 0 if it were offered. I bought a 2016 Mustang with only 2300 miles on it. The check engine light came on after about a week. I took it back and was told I pretty much had to live with it. Then a week later the car had to go back to the shop. They had the car for 12 days. Items I had bought the car for had to be taken off because they were supposedly not compatible with the car. When I asked for compensation I was told no that they spent $2500 on the car because Ford would not warranty it. I explained to the General Manger there that was not my problem that they sold me a car that they claimed was still under factory warranty. The car only had 4300 miles on it at this time. I will never drive to Harriman again and buy a car from Jerry Duncan lot. I would advise you to do the same.
This is a great dealership. They always are helpful on both sales and service.
Fast, friendly service while your buying it, then when their garbage cars start tearing up they're nowhere to be found and won't stand behind what they sell even while under complete factory warranty...
