I love this park for after dark runs. It's reasonably well lit in most places and has a central bathroom if needed. The gravel trail is wide enough for easy passing and the walkers here have been friendly.
Did really great job on Xmas lights.
Been coming here for years, peaceful, has a walking track. Great for Pokemon GO players as it has like five gyms and six to eight pokestops (excluding gyms). Plenty of benches to sit and enjoy nature. Has two shelters available for reservation and special occasions, contains bathrooms but public bathrooms aren't the best. Has a field near the bathrooms for playing games like soccer and football. Two places to park, one of which now has a kind of car port for about three to four cars. Also new play ground is in progress.
It has a nice view of the river on daylight runs.
