great guy and great office.
I would not recommend this agent to anyone. The office staff is not knowledgeable regarding the services they provide or concerns regarding the account. Also, rude when lack of knowledge is reveled. The agent ( Scotty Dykes) is unavailable more often than not and chooses not to contact a customer with questions or concerns when requested due to the staff's lack of knowledge.
The staff, especially Karen are very helpful. Only problem is she is so good it is hard to get to talk to her. Scotty does not appear to be available; but he is on the phone most of the time when I have been in the office. They all do their best to help everybody! Is there room for improvement? Sure, but show me someone that can't improve. I can only think of one perfect person, and he was crucified over 2.000 years ago!
Went up on my premium from around 69.00 to 105.00 with NO notification. Liability only! This is insane. They give all kinds of reasons why but none are acceptable to me. She explained that it was an adjustment because I removed someone off my account. It was the other way around. Wasn't my account and I removed myself and kept coverage singly. Both parties involved had huge adjustments to the coverage. This should be illegal to force both parties to pay if one wants to have their own insurance and they charge like this. TOTALLY unacceptable.
