Been going for cpl years always flexible, understanding dr s & great staff!! Ace is an ace ;) but great dr s & great in & out time. A lil over priced but in all good for me!!

I have been going to the Rockwood office for years now and they are wonderful especially the poor guy who runs the door. Doctors are great and staff is sways nice. Only have one complaint with one "nurse".to make a long story short she spoke down to me on the phone (believe she was from jacksboro it was a 423 area code) she said she had a full time job and a family and didn't have to put up with me and she was the only one being demeaning and yelling. I guess she thinks all people that are patients there are family-less, jobless, and liars. I'm glad she feels better about herself. Thank you to the rest of ehc for making my life better.
Whoever owns this mill should be in prison. This "business" is a complete and utter joke. People who are are trying to live their lives right and do their medicine like they are supposed to do are treated like garbage by the so called "receptionists". I called to make an appointment the day before I leave to go on vacation next month not to get extra medicine or to get my prescription filled early but to have the prescription for when I do run out of my medicine which will be two days into my vacation.. I talked to two people I was very nice and polite and just asked them to please schedule me right before I go just so I can have the prescription on hand so I WONT BE WITHOUT MY MEDICINE IN FLORIDA (7-8 hours away) I was told they will not base their scheduling around my vacation. HAHAHA! What kind of business is this? What kind of ignorant people do they have as employees? I will GLADLY go to a new doctor but you all should also know I have spent years there and I have also referred 4 other people who I also just told to find new doctors. This place is garbage and so are the employees! The man I spoke with on the phone should be fired immediately. You don't treat your PAYING patients like trash.. This place is below 1 star it's GARBAGE.
