I've purchased appliances, tools, and lawn equipment here over the years. The staff has always been very helpful and courteous. They sell good quality brands (Kenmore, Whirlpool, Craftsman, Husqvarna) at competitive prices. If they don't have what you need in stock they can order it for you. You will get better service dealing with local Roane Co businesses like this one than you will by going out of town.
The owner and staff are excellent and honestly I wouldn't do any business with Sears because of the way Sears Corporate stores have treated me very bad. I love the hometown store and have all Sears appliances in my house.
