I had my oil changed at Walmart's service center (used them for atleast 2 years) and one of the mechanics stripped the seal to my oil pan. The management agreed to cover all expenses for repair of the oil pan, a rental, and towing to their "preferred" shop, which so happened to be Goldston's. My car was in the shop for 4 days; 3 of those business days. I received a call saying the car was ready to be picked up, and during the call they mentioned I had an exhaust leak. I never noticed it before, so I just brushed it off. I picked up my car after business hours, which was a mistake. I started the car and was immediately infuriated. The car was WAY I mean WAAAAY louder than it had ever been. It was clear this "exhaust leak" was creating the noise, and that the shop had caused it. The paper they left in the car basically stated they had informed me of the "pre-existing" exhaust leak and they were not responsible for repairing it. I took it to an exhaust shop and the pipe was literally in half. The technician said it looked as if there was a small preexisting leak, and they made it much worse by neglecting to remove the pipe properly during the oil pan repair. I paid out of pocket to fix the leak, but I will never return to this shop or recommend it to anyone.

I am very disappointed with this place i called in the am to get my car looked at and they told me to bring in after lunch so i did figureing they would at least look at the promblem instaed two other people called after me and he took thier promblems on and told me to come back monday or better yet call monday nite i have put 1000s of dallors in my truck letting them work on it so u would think after being a loyal customer to these people they would have not let me waste my day and time by coming up there just to get turn out u will not be returning and nether will my family
