Since then, they've been spamming me relentlessly through email and snail mail- although I had never opted-in for this. I asked them stop politely, at first, to try and resolve this. That did no good.

DONT USE THIS PAWN SHOP FOR ANYTHING! We pawned our generator here BIG MISTAKE!!! We made two interest payments then when picking it up was charged more than we were suppose to be because they said we didn't make our last interest payment which we did just a week prior to picking it up. Our generator was broken they STOLE the gas and oil out of it, and BROKE the chain that holds the gas cap on and the chain was down inside gas tank. They charge way too much and don't give you what your stuff is worth when you pawn it. Total RIP OFFS! They are very ignorant and rude BBB will be called for an investigation. If you want to pawn something or buy something from pawn check out US PAWN they are great and have a huge selection and great prices. They also give you what your stuff is worth when pawned and never break or mess with your stuff!

It's companies like this that make shopping online risky. They do not honor their listings or their word- and they will use every bit of information you give them to harass you endlessly.
I bought a gaming device from them listed as "new" in their online advertisement, but received one that was extremely worn and defective instead. There was a picture of a new device in their ad and there was no mistaking it. When I tried to resolve this, nobody would return any of my messages. That was about 6 months ago.
